3.Pomodoro Technique 

The Pomodoro Technique is a great tool if you want to have control of your time when writing. Italian Francesco Cirillo developed this time management technique in the late 1980s, so people could stay focused when writing or doing any other task that needs to get done in a certain amount of time. The way it works is by using a timer to break down work into 25-minute intervals, and it’s separated with short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro (tomato in Italian). 

Designate a section or two of time to write. Then set the timer for 25 minutes. Work only on that task until it rings then take a break. Use this management technique to stay focused when writing or doing any other task. There are a lot of FREE ones on the internet.
